Responsibilities:
- Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets of the store.

- Supervision at all levels on the management and control of stock, product orders and returns.

- Maintain store’s good image in terms of store merchandising, displays, decoration, cleanliness, in accordance with project specifications.
- Implementation of the regulations regarding health and safety of staff in workplace.
- Responsible for the supervision and control of the cash desk.

Purpose of Position

- Substitutes the Store Manager in his/her absence.

- Weekly and daily planning of tasks and administration of staff timetables, according to the legislation.
- Daily meetings with team members to assign daily duties.

- Responsible for the ongoing evaluation of the progress and development of the store’s team.
- Maintaining the store’s good image in terms of window display, store merchandising, decoration and cleanliness in accordance with the brand’s specifications.
- Supervising the management and control of stock, including product orders & ensuring continuing stock replacement in the store, returns and transfers between stores
- Responsible for the supervision and control of the cash desk.

Purpose of Position
Responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that the store is attractive and commercial, applying the visual merchandising standards of the brand and of the season
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the image and replenishment standards are applied by the entire team.
- To possess a good product knowledge and fashion awareness.
- To be familiar with the season’s trends, the collections of other brands, etc.
- To adapt the standards to the needs and profile of the store, and be able to manage unforeseen situations related to the collection and/or product.
- To adapt the card display materials to the furniture displays and the moment – promotions, sale periods, etc.
- To know the profitability of furniture displays and their percentage weighting in sales.
- To hold daily product briefings with the store team.
- To continuously report on his/her work to the store managers.
