Our History
1988
Kipling
The Group imports Kipling products since 1988. Nowadays, Casual fashion bags & school bags are sold through a network of resellers and also through the Kipling stores.
1996
First Franchise Mango
The first franchise signed in 1996 with MANGO paved the way for other fashion brands, helping M&P penetrate deeper the field of fashion and acquire invaluable know-how on retail promotion and outlet management.
1999
Stradivarius
Stradivarius franchise signed a brand involved in Fashion forward clothing & accessories for women.
2010
Tezenis
Tezenis franchise signed a brand involved in men, women & kids' underwear.
2024
Eastpak - Jansport
Eastpak & Jansport distribution signed. Eastpak is American worldwide lifestyle brand, specializing in the design, development, manufacturing and distribution of a range of products including bags, backpacks, travel gear and accessories.
JanSport is an American brand of backpacks. It is the largest manufacturer of backpacks in the world.
All three brands (Kipling - Eastpak- Jansport) are part of the VF Corporation brand portfolio. In 2024 the first multibrand Kipling-Eastpak-Jansport store opens its doors in Cyprus at Metropolis Mall Larnaca.
